This workshop will include information about the menstrual cycle - the different phases, methods & benefits of tracking.
A yin / yang yoga practice will provide insight into how a this physical practice can support you during your cycle.
There will be space at the end to discuss and chat with some tea and treats. Everyone who attends will receive a handout and tracking sheet.
😊 No experience needed. This workshop is for all those who menstruate.
*This workshop is informed by my training in yoga and the menstrual cycle, my dissertation and research in period pain / women's health and my own personal experience.
